Michael J. Perrucci

Mr. Perrucci is a founder and the managing partner of Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader. Mike, as one of the Mid-Atlantic region's leading litigators, has tried hundreds of cases in areas such as commercial, real estate, employment and medical malpractice litigation. He also has extensive experience in municipal, real estate, land use and zoning, and general banking matters.

Mike graduated cum laude from Moravian College and received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. He clerked for the Court of Common Pleas in Northampton County, Pa. Mike first opened and managed his own firm and then became a partner with the international Wall Street firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon.

In 1995, Mike and former New Jersey Governor James J. Florio created Florio & Perrucci from Mudge Rose's New Jersey office. He continued to work in all forms of civil litigation and also represented clients in municipal, land use and zoning, real estate and general banking matters. In 1999, Florio & Perrucci's New Jersey office became affiliated with the New York law firm of Fischbein Badillo Wagner & Harding, and Mike continued to manage the New Jersey office. In April 2004, Florio & Perrucci ended its association with Fischbein Badillo and re-launched Florio & Perrucci. The firm was renamed Florio Perrucci & Steinhardt in August 2005 when Douglas Steinhardt joined the firm as a named partner and again renamed when Paul Fader, Chief Counsel to Governor Richard Codey, joined as a named partner in January 2006.

Mike is a Director of Peron Construction, Inc. of Allentown, Pa., and Phoenix Container Corp. of North Brunswick, N.J., and is a Director and Founder of the Premier and Team Capital Banks, located in Doylestown and Bethlehem, Pa., respectively. He is also a Director of the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA).

Mike is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, the three states in which Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader has offices. Mike is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Warren County, N.J., and Northampton County, Pa., Bar Associations.
