Mr. Sangillo is a partner with Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader, working primarily with clients in the Banking and Commercial Lending, and Real Estate/Land Use practice areas. Paul has extensive experience serving as counsel to public bodies.

Paul received a bachelor of arts degree with honors in political science and a Juris Doctorate from Columbia University School of Law. While in law school, he interned with the Honorable Judge Gould, Civil Court of the City of New York, and served as co-director of the Fair Housing Clinic Tester Program.

Following receipt of his law degree, Paul began his career practicing real estate law with Dewey Ballantine, Thacher Proffitt & Wood and McCarter & English. He then worked as assistant general counsel for the New Jersey General Assembly Majority Office and later with Platform Learning in New York City.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Paul has served as a Commissioner representing Hudson County on the New Jersey Ethics Board and a Trustee of the West New York School Board.

Paul is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
