Mr. Donchez is an Associate with Florio, Perrucci, Steinhardt & Fader working in the areas of Labor and Employment, Education, Workers’ Compensation and Litigation Defense. As an associate at Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader, Mr. Donchez has worked with the Boards of Education for Phillipsburg and Camden City gaining experience in matters relating to special education, board governance, labor and employment and the Public School Contracts Law. He has also represented Warren County Community College in various education related matters.

Mr. Donchez received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctorate from the Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Donchez interned at the Northampton County District Attorney’s Office and worked in the Temple University Legal Aid Office where he assisted clients in domestic relations matters and served as a mediator in Philadelphia Family Court. He also served as a summer associate at Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader prior to joining the firm full time.

Mr. Donchez is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Districts of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Northampton County Bar Association and the Warren County Bar Association.
