"Since joining the firm, Paul has become an indispensable asset," said firm partner Paul Fader. "As counsel, he has contributed significantly to several of the firm's practice areas, and I look forward to seeing his continued contribution as partner."

Keith D. Barrack
joined the firm as an associate in April 2006 and focuses his work in the Redevelopment, Real Estate and Land Use, and Government and Regulatory Affairs practice areas with a focus on Public Governance and Public Contracting. He is lead counsel to the South Jersey Transportation Authority, a $100M State agency responsible for administering the Atlantic City Expressway and the Atlantic City International Airport, and he currently represents Bergen County Community College, one of the state's largest community colleges, in its establishment of a new Meadowlands campus. Additionally, Mr. Barrack is a leading attorney on State Energy Policy. Prior to joining the firm, he served as assistant counsel in the New Jersey Governor's Office, where he provided legal services to state authorities including the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, New Jersey Transit, the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, and the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission. "We welcome him to the firm's partnership and anticipate that his expertise will continue to be an outstanding resource for our clients."

Mark R. Peck
has been an attorney with the firm since July 2005 and concentrates his work in the firm's Municipal and Land Use practice areas. He has detailed knowledge of zoning laws and an extensive background in local and state government and employs his expertise in representing governmental entities, municipalities, and private clients. Mr. Peck is lead general counsel to the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, the bi-state agency responsible for maintaining and operating toll and toll-supported bridges throughout the upper Delaware River region. Mr. Peck also serves as Planning Board attorney for the Borough of Edgewater and as special COAH counsel to the Borough of Wallington. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Philosophy from Colgate University and a Juris Doctorate from Seton University School of Law.

"Mark's wealth of legal knowledge and his intimate understanding of the intricacies of government make him an invaluable member of our firm," stated Doug Steinhardt, partner with the firm. "He is well-deserving of the election to partner, and I have no doubt that he will continue to use his expertise to further enhance and solidify the firm's position as a regional leader in legal counsel and representation.
