Phillipsburg, N.J., November 8, 2005 - Joseph R. Bock, a member of the Florio Perrucci & Steinhardt, L.L.C. legal team, has been elected to the Board of Directors of America's Agenda: Health Care for All in Washington, D.C.

America's Agenda works, on a state-by-state basis, to create awareness of the need for health care policy that will result in affordable, accessible and quality health care for all Americans. The not-for-profit grassroots organization focuses on motivating key decision makers and the general public on a state basis to convince their state senators and representatives to enact legislation that ensures all state residents will be covered for health care needs.

"As the richest country in the world, it is shameful that nearly 20 percent of Americans are without health care because they are working in low-paying industries that do not provide employee coverage and their salaries do not allow them to purchase low-cost coverage. America's Agenda is truly the advocate for these people whose voices can now be heard by the very people who they elect and entrust to represent them in their state capitals," Mr. Bock said.

Mr. Bock has nearly 50 years of executive leadership experience in a broad range of human resources areas - including labor relations, compensation, personnel, affirmative action and security. Before joining Florio Perrucci & Steinhardt, he served as senior vice president of American Home Products Corporation (now Wyeth) responsible for worldwide human resources. At Florio & Perrucci, Mr. Bock is the senior member of the firm's labor and employment team, advising clients on complex human resources matters.

Mr. Bock, a resident of Phillipsburg, N.J., holds a bachelor of science degree from Seton Hall University, a Juris Doctorate degree from Fordham Law School and a master of labor law degree from Temple University School of Law.
