Phillipsburg, N.J., October 26, 2005 - Attorney J. Andrew Kinsey has been named Chair of the Labor and Employment Group at Florio Perrucci & Steinhardt, L.L.C.

The Labor and Employment Group represents clients before state and federal trial and appellate courts as well as administrative agencies in lawsuits pertaining to various employment matters. Florio Perrucci & Steinhardt also advises clients on cost-effective alternatives to litigation such as arbitration and mediation. Group strengths include employment litigation, employment counseling and traditional labor relations.

As Chair of the Labor and Employment Group, Mr. Kinsey specializes in day-to-day desk counseling for clients faced with workplace issues. He also helps develop personnel policies and procedures consistent with federal and state laws. Mr. Kinsey has extensive experience in all forms of employment litigation, negotiations for collective bargaining agreements, arbitration, and the prosecution and defense of unfair competition and trade practices claims.

Mr. Kinsey holds an undergraduate degree from American University and earned a Juris Doctorate cum laude from New York School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the state courts of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Kinsey is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.
