Tipton, Esq. Appointed Mayor of Harmony Township, Making Him the Fourth
Member of the Firm to Lead a NJ Municipality

2007 - Brian R. Tipton, a partner at the Phillipsburg office of Florio Perrucci
Steinhardt & Fader, has been appointed Mayor of Harmony Township, joining
two other firm attorneys who currently serve as Mayor of a New Jersey
municipality.
Prior to being appointed Mayor, Mr. Tipton served as a
member and chairman of the Harmony Township Land Use Board.
The firm's
two other mayors are Douglas J. Steinhardt, Mayor of Lopatcong Township, and
Mark R. Peck, Mayor of Bloomsbury. Mr. Steinhardt, a named partner in the firm
who also heads the firm's municipal and family law groups, began his public
service in January 2000 and is in the second year of his third term. Mr. Peck,
a member of the firm's municipal and real estate and land use groups, has been
serving as mayor since January 2004.
In addition to the three current
mayors, Paul T. Fader completed two successful terms as Mayor of the City of
Englewood. Mr. Fader joined the firm as a named partner in January 2006 after
serving as Chief Counsel to Governors James McGreevey and Richard Codey, and
heads the firm's office in Rochelle Park, N.J.
