April 22, 2008 - Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader L.L.C. is
pleased to announce the hiring of two former Deputy Attorneys General for the
State of New Jersey. Penny S. Ludman has joined the firm's Woodbury, NJ office
as an Associate, and Kevin Uniglicht has joined the firm's Rochelle Park, NJ
office as an Associate. Both Ludman and Uniglicht will concentrate their work
in the firm's environmental law practice area.

Ms. Ludman was previously a New Jersey
Deputy Attorney General from 2000-2008, where she worked extensively on
environmental and land use matters, including permitting, zoning, affordable
housing, and redevelopment. She played a significant role in the contract and
lease negotiations for the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission and was
instrumental in helping various state agencies, including the Pinelands
Commission, navigate issues involving the Open Public Meeting Act and the Open
Public Records Act. Additionally, Ms. Ludman represented the New Jersey
Department of Environmental Protection in hazardous site remediation matters
including access agreements, cost recovery, and enforcement of judgments.
Prior to her position with the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, Ms.
Ludman served as Law Clerk in the Federal Public Defender's Office of
Wilmington, Delaware. A graduate of the University of Delaware and Widener
University School of Law, Ms. Ludman was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in
2000. She is also admitted to practice before the Federal District Third
Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Uniglicht previously was Deputy
Attorney General for the State of New Jersey, where he served as Counsel to the
State Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) with regard to matters of
compliance and permitting and represented the DEP in cases of site cleanups,
cost recovery, natural resource damage liability, and bankruptcy. Prior to
joining the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, Mr. Uniglicht served as
Judicial Law Clerk and Trained Civil Mediator for the Honorable Ira E. Kreizman
of the Monmouth County, New Jersey Superior Court; as Summer Law Clerk
specializing in General Practice, Labor Law, and International Law for the New
York City firm of Stevens, Hinds & White, and as Paralegal handling Real
Estate and Land Use matters for the New Jersey firm of Sills Cummis &
Gross, P.C.
Mr. Uniglicht earned his Bachelor of Science degree from
Rutgers University and his Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College
of Law. He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New Jersey
and of Washington, D.C. and the Federal District Third Circuit Court of
Appeals.
