Keith Barrack
Returns to Private Sector As Associate in Firm's New Office

Keith D. Barrack, former assistant counsel in the Office of the Governor of New
Jersey, has joined Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader as an associate in
the firm's new office in Rochelle Park, N.J.
Mr. Barrack who worked in
several aspects of state government for the past two years will join the firm's
Litigation, Public Contract and Construction, and Government and Regulatory
Affairs Groups.
While at the Governor's Office, Mr. Barrack worked with
the Chief Counsel to the Governor and Director of Authorities Unit providing
legal services to state authorities including the Port Authority of New York
and New Jersey, New Jersey Transit, Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge
Commission, New Jersey Turnpike, the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority,
and the Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Authority.
His previous
responsibilities in Trenton included serving as Deputy Attorney General for the
Division of Law and Public Safety where he worked with environmental and
litigation issues.
Mr. Barrack received a Bachelor of Science degree
from Rutgers University School of Business and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers
University School of Law at Camden. He then served as a law clerk for the
Honorable Richard S. Rebeck, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Prior
to moving into the public sector, Mr. Barrack was an associate at Riker,
Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti, L.L.P.
He is admitted to
practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Barrack joins
Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader's Northern New Jersey office located at
218 Route 17 North, Rochelle Park, N.J. Heading that office is Paul T. Fader,
former Chief Counsel to Governors Codey and McGreevy. Mr. Fader heads the
firm's Government and Regulatory Affairs, Public Contract and Construction
Groups.
Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader, L.L.C. was founded by
Governor James J. Florio who has extensive environmental and legislative
experience and Michael J. Perrucci who is one of the Mid-Atlantic region's
leading litigators. Douglas J. Steinhardt joined the firm as a named partner in
August 2005, and Paul T. Fader joined as a named partner in January 2006. The
