J. Andrew Kinsey, Mark R. Peck Join Florio & Perrucci as
Attorneys

Phillipsburg, N.J., July 5, 2005 To further strengthen key practice
areas, Florio & Perrucci has welcomed J. Andrew Kinsey and Mark R. Peck as
attorneys.
Mr.
Kinsey previously was employed by the law firm of Peckar & Abramson in
River Edge, N.J., where he specialized in labor and employment law.
Before that, he practiced at the Liberty Corner, N.J., firm of Apruzzese
McDermott Mastro & Murphy.
A
resident of Bridgewater, N.J., Mr. Kinsey graduated cum laude from American
University with a bachelor of science degree in political science. While at
American, he participated in the Joint Congressional/Parliamentary Internship
Program in Washington, D.C. and London, England. Mr. Kinsey also
graduated cum laude from New York Law School where he served as Chief Articles
Editor for the Journal of Human Rights. He is also a past participant in
the Sidney Reitman Labor & Employment Law Inn of Court.
Mr.
Kinsey is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania,
and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.
Mr.
Peck most recently was with the Warren, N.J., law firm of DiFrancesco
Bateman. Previously, he practiced with the Boonton, N.J., firm of Jansen
Bucco & DeBona and served as a legislative aide with the New Jersey General
Assembly. His practice areas are land use, development and municipal
matters.
A
native of Clinton Township, N.J., Mr. Peck holds a bachelor of arts degree in
history and philosophy from Colgate University and a Juris Doctorate degree
from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law
in New Jersey and is a member of the Hunterdon County, N.J., Bar
Association.
Currently the mayor of the borough of Bloomsbury, N.J., Mr. Peck is a member of
the Federalist Society. Mr. Pecks practice specializations are in
land use, redevelopment and municipal matters.
