Employment Litigation

Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader represents clients before state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as administrative agencies, in lawsuits pertaining to various employment matters. We also advise clients on cost-effective alternatives to litigation such as arbitration and mediation. When litigation is necessary, Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader will vigorously defend its clients in a cost-effective manner. Below is a listing of the types of claims handled by the firm:

  • Breach of contract and employment tort claims
